In shortArticle 4 of the EU AI Act requires companies to support the AI literacy of their staff. We train your team hands-on, by role and on the tools you actually use, and document the measures. Together with our change management partner, we make sure the team comes along.

Why with change management?
Without support, new tools go unused. That is why we can combine the training with change management and coaching, so AI becomes part of daily work.
Digitalisation with funding: many of these services can be financed with the KfW development loan 511/512, with a grant for IT security and AI.

Is AI training mandatory?
Anyone using AI must take AI literacy measures under Art. 4 of the AI Act. No specific certificate is required, but the measures should be documented.
How long does a workshop take?
Typically half a day or a full day, depending on team size and prior knowledge. Afterwards we recommend short refreshers.
Online or on site?
Both. On site in Berlin or online, in German, Russian or English.
