E-Rechnung, made practical

In shortWe’ll review how you handle invoices and identify what needs to be set up for E-Rechnung.

Start with your actual workflow

Who do you invoice? How do you receive and send invoices? Which software is already in place, and what most recently caused extra work? We start with a concrete example.

From the first conversation to handover

  1. Review the current workflow and confirm the need.
  2. Agree the scope, price, timing and acceptance criteria.
  3. Configure the agreed functionality and run the tests.
  4. Document the next steps and hand over to your team.

Margarita discusses the commercial scope and next step with you. If E-Rechnung is not relevant, we explore another process only with your permission. A broader IT-Check is a separate service.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to replace my software?

Not necessarily. We first review your existing tools and the practical gap.

What is the difference between Start and Rollout?

Start covers one company, one tool, the agreed setup, a sample-invoice test and handover. Rollout adds process mapping, agreed scenarios, documentation and training. The exact scope is confirmed before a quote.

Are the prices fixed?

The figures are planning guides. We agree the final scope, price, tax terms and delivery date before work starts. Licences and complex integrations are separate.

How do payments work?

50% before work starts and 50% after the agreed acceptance of the result.

Who handles tax questions?

Your tax adviser. Kosmo Team handles the agreed technical work.
